FIRST BLOG POST!! A little bit more about me...

 Hey guys!! As you can tell from my bio, I absolutely love the 2000s-early 2010s, so I thought it would be an interesting idea to share with you guys how this 'obsession' of mine has started! :)

I was born in 2005 so I unfortunately already missed half of the decade and I can hardly remember anything from the rest of the decade up until like 2012-ish... I think my interest in the 2000s began around 2015-2016 when I started using the internet regularly. I remember sometimes watching videos that would talk about how daily life was like in the 2000s and thinking to myself "Oh wow it seemed awesome back then!" then go back to playing roblox or something and just forget about it. Back then I wasn't too interested but I still found the topic a bit intriguing... but as the years passed by I started being more and more interested as I was researching more and more... the music, fashion, pop culture, tech, it all seemed so fascinating to me! Then in 2020, when the 'y2k revival' trend was going on I became OBSESSED! I was so happy that I could finally meet so many people with the same interests as me! Nowadays I'm pretty much stuck in 2009 lmao. I mostly listen to old pop jams, I started filling my wardrobe with 2000s clothing, I'm about to start redoing my bedroom (and you know damn well it'll look like it came straight outta 2010 LOL) and I'm thinking about buying a vintage phone and ipod!
